The Studio @ Wold View is ideal for a couple or one person stay. A new build in 2024 and beautifully furnished. Carefully planned for a comfortable and cosy stay, in a very pretty area. Private entrance from electric gates with parking for up to 2 vehicles. Terrace with dining table and chairs. South and South west facing.
The Studio overlooks the Wolds is perfect for a peaceful stay and in an accessible area handy for Cleethorpes and Grimsby and Access to the Humber Bank. Cleethorpes Beach, Golf Club, Bowling alley and Leisure centre is a 5 minute drive. 15 minutes to the A180 and M180 net work for Phillips 66 and the Humber bank Industries. Grimsby Docks for renewable Energy workers is a 10 minute Drive. Ramblers and Walkers also love this area with Bridal paths accessible from Walk Lane. Louth is a 20 minute drive.
We appreciate a good night sleep is important as is cleanliness and Hygiene. Your Super King bed has Mattress protectors and pillow protectors and we also provide a mattress topper. Quality bedding and towels. Weekly Housekeeping is provided with change of Linen and towels. A contemporary kitchen with an abundance of appliances for daily living. Including a range of ovens and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, Freezer, Air Fryer and built in microwave. Granite worktops and freestanding Chopping unit. Large dining table and also a work from home space. Airer, iron and Ironing board. Ample Crockery and Cutlery.
The under floor heating keeps you toasty in winter and there is a heated towel rail in the en suite shower room with vanity unit w.c. and spacious shower. Bath robe and Toiletries are included.
Wi-Fi is complimentary. Leather sofa and separate chair for relaxing and watching your 65 inch smart t.v. Access to Netflix and YouTube. Sky Sports package included. Privacy blinds to keep heat in and black out at night are fitted to the bifold doors.
